Business Growth Representative Job Description

  • We're seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business expansion in South Africa's growth markets.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proven sales track record, excellent closing skills, and fluency in Afrikaans and English.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • BUILD strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and recommend ADP solutions.
  • Cross-sell into existing accounts by highlighting ADP's other products and services.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to foster strong customer relations.
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment.
  • Outbound prospecting and independent territory management.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly / yearly quotas.
  • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.
