Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.BUILD strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and recommend ADP solutions.Cross-sell into existing accounts by highlighting ADP's other products and services.Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to foster strong customer relations.Essential Skills and Qualifications :
5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment.Outbound prospecting and independent territory management.Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.Goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly / yearly quotas.Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.Fluency in both Afrikaans and English.About the Role :
