About the Role :

RateGain powers growth for travel and hospitality brands worldwide. We’re looking for an Event Management Specialist to own our event engine end-to-end—from intimate client dinners and high-value webinars to major trade shows and partner activations. Your work will deepen relationships, amplify our brand, and generate qualified pipeline across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute events that align with Brand, PR, and business objectives and drive attendance and engagement, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
• Co-host events with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, speaking opportunities, content, and promotions.
• Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance.
• Leverage social media and other digital channels to promote events and engage with attendees.
• Analyse event performance metrics and track ROI to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
• Prepare event reports and recommendations for future improvements and optimisations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
