Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Level 1 IT Support to join our team. As a Level 1 IT Support you will be in charge of assisting the group’s technical infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Journey

  • Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks).
  • Assist users with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), ERP and PMS platforms, and general SaaS tools used by the company.
  • Log and follow up on tickets via the company’s ticketing system (e.g. Jira).
  • Perform basic setup and maintenance of devices.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when necessary.

Your Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and user administration.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Strong customer orientation and clear communication.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to follow support protocols.
  • Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
