Overview

Associate Director, Technology, Product and GTM at Annapurna is a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a strong Java Developer to join the engineering team. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our platform from the ground up, working closely with a small, highly skilled team to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build new services and features using Java and Spring Boot .
Develop robust, scalable back-end systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
Take ownership of projects from concept to production, helping shape architecture and best practices.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused software.

Qualifications

Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot (including building APIs and microservices).

Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Proven track record of building applications from scratch in a SaaS or product environment.

Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced setting with a high degree of autonomy.

A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement.
