~ Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken

~5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings

~3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory

~ Experience in customer-facing roles or contact center environments

~ Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce

~ Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
