Business Systems Analyst

Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive the development and configuration of our SAP systems, spearheading our cloud transformation to S4 / Hana.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize applications to drive innovation forward by implementing cutting-edge solutions.
• Design and implement process improvements using Business Transaction Events for custom processes.
• Ensure readiness for SAF-T-related digital compliance in new systems by supporting transition of e-Document functionalities in S / 4HANA to comply with European regulations.
• Contribute to defining the Advanced Financial Closing strategy in S / 4HANA by applying knowledge of extended asset accounting processes supporting store investments and digital assets.
• Improve the Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation process during and after migration by overseeing integration topics for FI-postings initiated by external systems.
• Manage VAT, withholding tax, and tax disclosures with S / 4HANA tools by ensuring smooth transition of Asset Accounting functions to S / 4HANA.
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments to design the best IT solutions for large-scale projects or small change requests from departments.
