Recruitment Specialist
This role involves end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with 1-3 years of HR-related experience preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments. Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices is also essential. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) are required.
The successful candidate will work closely with the regional team to support daily operations and long-term growth of the Spain business. They will be responsible for recruitment, HR Shared Services (HRSSC), employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR initiatives.
