About this roleRevX, a leading programmatic adtech platform, is seeking a Events Marketing Manager to spearhead our global calendar of in-person events and brand activation strategy. As a full-time events specialist, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying RevX’s presence across key industry touchpoints, from premier AdTech conferences and partner collaborations to bespoke customer experiences and owned events, as well as digital initiatives such as webinars and industry panels. This is a high-impact opportunity with a direct line to company leadership to define how RevX shows up, stands out, and gets remembered from Mexico City to Moscow, San Francisco to Shanghai.We’re building a nimble, high-performing marketing team, grounded in excellence and white-glove service, and this role is critical in shaping RevX’s public presence. You will partner closely with Sales, Design, and Growth teams to create bold, differentiated experiences that drive awareness, pipeline, and brand equity in a competitive space.What You’ll DoOwn and execute RevX’s in-person events strategy, focusing on industry conferences, regional off-sites, partner activations, and hosted executive events in a variety of geos, such as Europe, North America, and APAC.Build and scale RevX’s presence at major AdTech and digital marketing events (e.g. ChinaJoy, DMEXCO, Gamescom, Business of Apps), from design choices and execution of booth layouts, to on-site experiences and speaker slots, as well as networking functions.Evaluate and activate both digital and physical first and third-party event opportunities with creative, brand-forward approaches that cut through the noise.Drive social amplification strategies for events—pre, during, and post—by partnering with stakeholders to maximize reach, engagement, and memorability.Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to deliver field marketing programs that support ABM, customer retention, and upsell efforts.Manage event logistics end-to-end : budgeting, venue selection, branding, production, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, and ROI analysis.Build local vendor and partner relationships across international locations to enable regional success. Hold an expert eye for identifying classy, intentional, and unique activations for swag and experiences. Establish scalable systems, event playbooks, and processes from the ground up, bringing structure, agility, and creativity in equal measure, while meeting deadlines.Track and report on key metrics including pipeline contribution, brand awareness, audience engagement, event budgets, and client relationship development.Who You Are5+ years of B2B event and field marketing experience, with a passion for creating memorable real-world experiences.Strategic and hands-on, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and lead every part of the event lifecycle.Proven track record of activating brands at high-profile events, including hospitality experiences, sponsorships, and community-focused networking and communication.Comfortable working in a small team where autonomy, initiative, and collaboration are key.Deep knowledge of in-person event marketing combined with savvy in social media promotion, digital storytelling, and brand amplification tactics.Budget-conscious with strong ROI orientation—know how to balance brand-building with measurable pipeline impact.Experienced in working cross-functionally across Sales, Content, and Product Marketing teams.Adaptable to different markets and cultures, with excellent communication and vendor management skills across geographies, approaching situations with respect and curiosity. Thrive in a startup-like environment, fast-moving with numerous planned events a month, constantly evolving, and full of opportunity.Nice to havesStrong understanding of industry-specific events and players in the digital advertising ecosystem (AdTech, MarTech, or programmatic advertising platforms). Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Fluency in one or more European or Asian languages. Previous experience launching marketing efforts in new or emerging markets.
