We are looking for a qualified Senior Digital Distribution Sales Channels Specialist to join our Digital Sales Channels Department. This is a hybrid position that can be performed remotely; however, the role requires frequent and regular business travel to our offices in Antalya, Istanbul, and Frankfurt for meetings, collaboration, and project execution. Candidates must be comfortable with both remote work and international travel.
Overview
Job Description :
- Monitoring and optimization of the digital sales channels of all the connected digital platforms of our company
- Regularly evaluating the digital sales channels performances followed by identifying underperforming areas and suggestion of measurements to improve by demonstrating a robust understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of airline distribution
- To develop and maintains long term strategic relationships with Corendon Airline's current and new OTA Aggregator partners
- To monitor global activity and competitiveness as well as ensures up-to-date market intelligence to best position Corendon Airlines in the online sales channels
- Preparation and account development plan to achieve short, medium and long term benefits for both global and local partners
- Provide insight and data to the management on OTA Aggregator performance trends and analysis that impacts Corendon Airlines
- Taking an active role in process improvement – business development projects for the effective and efficient management of the digital sales channels
- Cooperating closely with other departments like Marketing & Communications, Sales, E-Commerce, Revenue Management and others to achieve the best possible outcome
- Contributing actively to reach the sales targets
- Building and strengthen relationships with the digital platforms and other suppliers involved
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in related fields, preferably Business Administration / E-Business / Marketing / International Business Relations or similarWith at least 5 years’ experience in the field of digital sales channelsHaving a strong technical ability with and a ideally a profound knowledge-how of up to date tourism related digital platforms tools, including NDC standards and API processesHighly articulate with an excellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical capabilities and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ProgramsHaving strong communication skills and the ability to build new and extend existing business relationsTo be flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentHaving a can-do approach and ability to solve problemsTo be actively following new trends of Digital Sales applications and platforms combined with keeping in the loop regarding tourism and aviation related digital developmentsAbility to work remotely with the flexibility to travel frequently and regularly to our offices in Antalya, Istanbul, and FrankfurtNo travel restrictionsApplicants may reach detailed information related to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) through our privacy statement available on our website.
