Descripción del trabajoSCIB Legal is looking for a Legal Counsel based in our Boadilla office. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the different Fixed Income Business units (including, Securitisation products, DCM, HY, distribution of structured notes, etc.) and to the Volcker Team. EXPERIENCE 4-8 years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and / or Treasury mattersEDUCATION SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Very high level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset. Specific experience with derivatives and banking and finance transactions will be a plus.
