We are seeking an experienced Wellness Director to oversee the development and execution of innovative wellness strategies across our properties. As a leader in the luxury hospitality industry, you will be responsible for curating transformative guest experiences that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Wellness Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive global wellness strategy that aligns with our vision and service standards.

Program Development & Implementation : Curate and design signature wellness experiences that integrate state-of-the-art medical diagnostics, nutrition, fitness, spa, and holistic treatments.

Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire wellness managers, therapists, and medical professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Collaboration & Partnerships : Identify and establish partnerships with leading medical, nutrition, and wellness experts to enhance the quality and reputation of our wellness offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior wellness leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of integrative and functional medicine, nutrition, fitness, and spa therapies.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative wellness concepts that drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
