Job Description

Sales Associate (French Speaking) – Education Vertical, Mainland Europe

Fantastic opportunity to join one of Flywire’s most successful sales teams . This is a rare chance for a motivated junior sales professional to learn, grow, and develop alongside some of the very best in the business. If you’re approachable, energetic, and live and breathe sales with real joie de vivre — this could be your next big move.

  • End-to-end sales : You’ll run the full inside sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery calls, through to demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Key market focus : France (fluent French required) with exciting opportunities across wider Europe.
  • Travel : Expect 10–15% travel across Europe to meet prospects and clients.
  • Growth : Build your sales career in a fast-growing, global company with a clear pathway to an Account Executive role.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business across universities, language schools, and education providers — with a strong focus on the French market.
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end : outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Tailor solutions in collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Keep CRM records sharp, accurate, and up to date to fuel pipeline reporting.
  • Travel across Europe (10–15%) to build stronger relationships and close key opportunities.

    • Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

  • Fluency in French & English (German or Spanish a bonus).
  • 1–2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales, business development, telesales, or similar).
  • A naturally approachable, energetic personality — you connect easily and thrive in conversations.
  • True sales DNA : competitive, resilient, target-driven, with a genuine love of building relationships.
  • Curiosity about technology and education , with a hunger to learn.
