Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Lead Developer (Unity) to join our dynamic team. You will be driving the development of our cutting-edge VR products , manage a team of talented developers, and be integral in shaping the technological vision of our projects. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the technical side of the immersive experiences we produce. Designing scalable, robust and high-performance solutions.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, integration and delivery as well as documentation.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate closely with product managers with regards to deadlines and resource management.
• Work together with artists and designers to ensure alignment and integration of all components.
• Oversee resource allocation and prioritize initiatives, balancing speed and quality to meet project demands.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
