Housekeeping Manager Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping professional to own the guests' experience related to cleanliness and visual impressions onboard.

The ideal candidate will provide a seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable.

The successful Housekeeping Manager must possess outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, in addition to effective decision-making abilities.

Main Responsibilities :

Taking full ownership and accountability for maintenance and cleanness

Ensuring the flawless delivery of all services to the highest level of expectation

Establishing and maintaining a positive working environment

Managing performance expectations through open and frequent communication

Key Qualifications : ">

A minimum of two to three years of progressive Housekeeping managerial experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.

A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.

A good knowledge of English is required, with the ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish being preferred.
