Descripción del trabajoWorking at Freudenberg : We will wow your world! # Responsibilities : Test Strategy & Planning : Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams. Test Execution : Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools. Testing Phases : Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. Team Leadership : Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects. Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation. Stakeholder Management : Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities . Defect & Compliance : Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality.# Qualifications : Education : Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Experience : Proven background in software quality and test management within large-scale IT programs. Technical Skills : Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, SAP Solution Manager). Methodologies : Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, metrics, and project management principles. Analytical Mindset : Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Project Leadership : Ability to lead and coordinate complex project activities, driving alignment among diverse stakeholders without direct disciplinary management responsibilities Language & Certification : Fluency in English; ISTQB certification and automotive industry knowledge are a plus.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
