Your key responsibilities Managing and maintaining the agendas of management team members by scheduling meetings and conference calls
Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
Coordinating travel arrangements
Providing administrative support
Expenses and credit card reconciliation
Miscellaneous support tasks
Ad-hoc support for major projects as needed

Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree
5+ years of professional experience, with international environment experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and adapt to change
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Proficient English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work in an international environment
Tact and discretion
