Full ownership of projects and accounts (end-to-end).Manage existing accounts : Benfica, Porto, among others.Develop new business (clubs, training centers, federations).Build strong C-level relationships (IT Directors, club executives, federations).Hands-on approach : conferences, congresses, first meetings booked.Become the Iberia Area leader after startingTravel when required for client meetings.Core skills / experience
Proven track record in elite football relationship management and business development.Established network within top-tier clubs, federations, and agencies in Spain and Portugal.Strategic partnership management and key account planning skills.Contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring.CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken).Strong market analysis and reporting capabilities.What's on offer
