Overview
Camino Search are supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS company delivering innovative solutions to a global client base. As they navigate a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide financial leadership, drive operational efficiency, and support with M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board.
- Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and audit processes.
- Support fundraising efforts (equity or debt), including investor relations and due diligence.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability.
- Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
