Responsibilities

Manage internal communications & monthly newslettersShare announcements and updates on new functionalityPrepare weekly “how-to” 60-second clipsManage the user community on Microsoft TeamsCreate and maintain training materials and libraryMonitor onboarding & usage KPIsSupport management with presentation materialsIdentify adoption risks and guide stakeholders through change

Requirements

Experience in

Change Management

for IT / finance / business-process projectsFamiliarity with

change methodologiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsEU passport (mandatory)
