Production Demand Planner

Key Job Responsibilities

This role ensures the company's operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective by assisting in all demand planning duties. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of statistical methods and forecasting principles, with experience in managing complex data sets.

The primary responsibilities include :

• Develop operational forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons within the demand planning function.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Effectively communicate forecast and inventory estimations to senior management.
• Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans to support Customer Service and Commercial teams with Demand / POs management.
• Elaborate proposals to Customers to align demand and capacity in production plants.
• Monitor and report on significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Conduct regular forecast maintenance.
• Develop and monitor Forecast and Demand Planning KPIs.
• Address demand-related issues in a prompt and effective manner.
