Paid Media Specialist Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, building, and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads (Search) and strong working knowledge of paid social platforms - particularly Meta Ads. The candidate should be analytical, strategic, and confident managing multiple campaigns across diverse verticals.
This is a remote, full-time independent contractor position open to candidates outside of the United States.
About the Job :
- Strategize, build, and optimize Google Search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
- Launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) as needed.
- Perform audits, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Track and report key metrics : CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align with client goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong emphasis on Search.Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).Fluency in written and spoken English for daily communication with teammates and clients.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.Availability to work 9AM-5PM EST (U.S. business hours)Strong understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and Quality Score.Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.Benefits :
Annual compensation : $20,000-$30,000 USD, based on experience and performance.Payments are issued monthly via Wise, PayPal, or Stripe.Interview Process :
