We collaborate with global leaders like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google to design and build next-gen digital solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Lead to build-up and drive our enterprise product vertical within the Plain Concepts’ Impact Studios.
Key Responsabilities
Develop the Offering : Shape and evolve our Product Vertical Value proposition – from service structure, technology stack, delivery formats to methodical playbooks and reusable tools. à Mid of September final
Lead Client Engagements : Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to MVP implementation and agent deployment.
Drive Commercial Growth : Collaborate with Sales to identify, create pitches, and win projects. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.
Build & Scale the Team : Help to recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of business consultants and LowCode / GenAI experts. Define delivery standards and foster excellence.
Execute & Deliver Project : Taking End to End Responsability over the delivery of up to 3 Projects in parallel, managing the operational Consulting & Delivery Teams in the projects, functioning as Sponsor and Point of Contact for Clients, Assuring the Quality of the Delivery and maintaining the Budget & Commercial discussions with the client

Drive the growth and excellence of the Product Vertical within Plain Concepts Consulting by blending strategic sales engagement, vertical offering development, and hands-on project delivery to achieve measurable business impact and sustainable client value.
1. Sales & Business Growth (30%)
Contribute directly to the consulting revenue engine through active sales support, opportunity shaping, and business development.
