As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager focused on the CHAT market , you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC Helix solutions .

• Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
• Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
• Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
