We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department. You speak Spanish, German and solid English, and you are passionate about frontline customer service, answering inquiries and helping customers create the perfect ambiance in their homes.
What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, or chat.
Address a wide range of questions accurately and translate issues into effective solutions.
Make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe using growing knowledge of our lighting products.
Record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.
Receive initial training from a colleague before working independently.
Job Requirements
Communicative with a knack for smooth conversations; experience as a customer service representative.
Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and able to multitask.
Fluent in German, Spanish and solid in English.
Ability to handle stress, stay composed under pressure, and be patient with strong listening and commercial insight.
Spanish Social Security Number and / or NIE is required to start working.

What we offer
Base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross (full-time 40h / week).

60% of working time in our Barcelona office with 40% remote work; remote work fully possible with our workation options after 6 months.

Working schedule
Full-time employment : 40 hours per week, 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday (08 : 00-17 : 00 or 09 : 00-18 : 00, one hour lunch). Some markets may not require Saturday work; Sunday or holiday work may occur with extra allowance or extra free days. Sunday / holiday work is voluntary.
