Job Summary

The Design Associate will work closely with the senior design team to conceptualize and develop original home décor collections and artistic objects. This role requires a formal art background, artistic vision, technical proficiency, and fluency in English. Candidates ideally have experience in metalwork and advanced 3D CAD, and must present an impressive creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior designers from concept creation to final prototypes in home décor products.
• Develop hand sketches, digital renderings, and design boards for new collections.
• Utilize 2D and 3D CAD tools for modeling and technical drawings as part of the design process.
• Research materials, finishes, and making techniques appropriate for luxury décor.
• Prepare and present compelling design portfolios and concepts to global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in English, ensuring artistic continuity and craftsmanship standards.
• Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative product refinements.
• Assist with sourcing, samples, and guiding prototypes alongside production and artisan teams.
