How you'll help us connect the world

This role involves providing technical customer care and sales support, primarily for key service provider accounts across a range of network technologies, including FTTH, FTTA, FTTC (active street cabinets), and railway infrastructure. A strong emphasis is placed on building and maintaining customer relationships to support the specification of projects and solutions under the CommScope brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business concepts and implement network architecture designs tailored to the needs of key accounts.
• Promote and deploy CommScope’s product solutions; deliver technical sales presentations; lead customer training sessions and hands-on workshops; develop customized training materials.
• Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations; support field trials; guide customers through installation of fibre optic and copper products.
• Act as liaison between internal departments, voice of the customer; contribute to new products and solutions; assist in creating specifications; provide feedback for portfolio development.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, technology trends, and competitors; provide field input on technology research and standardization.
• Support marketing initiatives through article writing, customer testimonials, and organizing reference site visits.
• Coordinate regional quality management with the quality department and product line management to ensure high standards.
