We’re hiring Engineers to work on next-generation AESA radar systems , to be part of the PEM (Programa Especial de Modernización) launched by the Spanish Government. These are strategic national projects that will define the future of air defense platforms.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Model radar systems functionally and structurally using MBSE tools.
• Define and maintain system architecture and interface specifications.
• Analyze and review technical documentation and system requirements.
• Manage and trace requirements using IBM DOORS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, integration, testing).
• Support system-level verification and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.
• Provide independent technical assessments at subsystem and system level.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.
