An international, project-driven organization with a strong global footprint is looking to hire an
International Payroll Specialist
to join its global HR operations team.
This role is ideal for a payroll professional who values accuracy, ownership and international exposure, and who wants to work in an environment where payroll is treated as a critical business function supporting people, culture and growth.
The position works closely with senior HR leadership and plays a key role in ensuring compliant, accurate and timely payroll across multiple countries.
Manage
end-to-end payroll processing for the United States
running payroll internally using ADP
Coordinate
European payroll processes
in collaboration with external payroll providers and local accountants
Prepare, validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity
Support
year-end payroll activities
audits and compliance reporting across regions
Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll-related questions and escalations
Produce payroll reports and analysis using
advanced Excel
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls and workflows
Direct collaboration with global HR leadership
High exposure to compliance, payroll governance and data quality
Proven experience in
payroll administration
ideally in an international or multi-country environment
Hands-on experience with
ADP payroll systems
US payroll experience is highly valued)
Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxes and statutory contributions
Advanced Excel skills
reconciliations, formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Fluent English required; Ability to handle confidential payroll and employee data with discretion and professionalism
