Job duties and responsibilities

  • Acting as a liaison between HQ in Madrid and HR Dept in the countries.
  • Responsible for analyzing diverse KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, head count, etc
  • Resolving HR KPIs-related inconsistencies reported.
  • Coordinate the compilation internal information / analysis requests with the countries.
  • Responsible for reporting various information to the main external vendors as well as internal company stakeholders, Finance, Management Control, and Internal Audit mainly.
  • Ensure the personnel expenses budgets is on track not only salary but HR department expenses wise.
  • Look for consistency in everything we do / communicate / decide.
  • Responsible of the Budgeting process from end to and end.
  • Keep regular contact and transparent communication with the HR Depts across the countries, answering employee requests and questions
  • Facilitating human resources processes across the board.

Job qualifications requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office (Excel mainly), databases and HRIS systems.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills when it comes to priorities.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Any additional training and certification in Human Resource will be considered an advantage
