Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across retail and corporate banking divisions.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that demands technical excellence, collaboration, and architectural vision.
- Drive the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in code quality, CI / CD, and Dev Ops.
- Oversee integration with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party services using APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Technical Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in enterprise environments.Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application / System Architect) are highly desirable.Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
