We are looking for a Product Manager with strong technical and commercial expertise in solar energy and energy storage (BESS), who will be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving Greenvolt Next’s portfolio of solutions, ensuring alignment between market needs, internal technical capabilities, and the company’s strategic goals.

Principales responsabilidades

Main responsibilities End-to-end product ownership : from ideation, design, and validation to launch, evolution, and phase-out.

Technical and market analysis : assess energy storage and self-consumption trends, regulatory frameworks, competitive moves, and emerging technologies.

Value proposition design : define differentiated solutions for industrial, commercial, and community segments, highlighting technical and economic benefits.

Go-to-market definition : coordinate pricing strategy, sales channels, deployment timelines, and internal training to ensure commercial readiness.

Cross-functional collaboration : work closely with engineering, sales, operations, legal, and customer support to ensure solutions are technically viable, compliant, and scalable.

Technical-commercial materials : lead the development of datasheets, solution briefs, success stories, and technical content to support sales.

Performance tracking : monitor KPIs such as adoption, deployment lead time, profitability, and ROI, identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions (e.g., BESS).

Internal reference point : act as the product expert in BESS and solar solutions, supporting teams with training and strategic alignment.

Requisitos Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or similar

Postgraduate training in energy systems, product management, or commercial strategy is a plus

3 years of experience in product management within the energy sector, preferably with focus on BESS or solar solutions

In-depth knowledge of self-consumption, energy storage technologies, and applicable regulations

Experience in developing and launching complex technical solutions (preferably B2B)

Analytical skills to interpret market dynamics, technology trends, and regulatory impacts

Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure

Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, with attention to detail
