GBSB Global Business School is seeking a Faculty Development Manager to join our team in Madrid.

This role will oversee faculty engagement, academic development initiatives, and ensure teaching excellence across programs. The ideal candidate will combine academic expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills to support our mission of delivering high-quality education in a dynamic international environment.
