We are looking for a junior technical profile to join the Digital Marketing and Analytics Department, whose main role will be the maintenance and updating of doEEEt.com’s electronic components database, as well as providing technical support in managing documentation and creating technical content for marketing campaigns.
The position combines technical tasks with digital marketing-related activities, so an analytical, curious, and continuously learning mindset will be highly valued. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, with opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance, updating, and control of the electronic components database (Access and Excel).
- Creation and modification of queries, macros, and automated processes.
- Review, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Management of component alerts and notifications.
- Participation in process automation projects using Python, Power Automate, or other Microsoft tools.
- Technical support in the creation and optimization of content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration with the team in integrating technical data into communication and marketing strategies.
- Application and use of artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and content generation.
Profile Requirements
Preferably a technical degree in Electronic, Computer, or Industrial Engineering, or similar (not mandatory).Basic knowledge of databases (Access, advanced Excel) and ability to learn advanced use (queries, macros, automation).Familiarity or interest in programming languages (Python) and process automation.Ability to interpret technical documentation for electronic components.Interest and affinity for digital marketing and data analytics.Desirable knowledge or studies in marketing strategies or technical communication.Experience or proactivity in using artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).Fluent in English.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and willingness to learn digital marketing tools (CRM, automation, dashboards, etc.).Personal Competencies
