Digital Marketing Specialist At Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Digital Marketing who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join our Marketing team, providing support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns to promote the organization's sporting events. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase online engagement to the organization's sporting events. ABOUT THE ROLE Your mission will be to contribute to the growth of online sales and brand visibility by learning and applying digital marketing strategies in a dynamic, agile and exciting environment. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, and other digital networks. Support budget management, segmentation, and campaign optimisation to improve ROI. Manage SEO / SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and search performance. Oversee content creation for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website landing pages. Creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns (segmentation, A / B test, retargeting and automatization). Manage and oversee the correct implementation of digital advertising materials (banners, landing pages, etc.). Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hub Spot). Coordinate with the ticketing department on digital communication for launches, promotions, and ticket sales campaigns. Extract insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR +2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (preferably in start-ups, agencies or B2 C companies). Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or similar. Additional training in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or Analytics is a plus. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience in sectors such as sports, entertainment or tourism is desirable. Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar) and automation tools. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) and CMS (Word Press or others). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required.
