Descripción del trabajoAbout Our Team- We are a 100% family-owned business with over 30,000 employees.- Our headquarters is based in Palma de Mallorca and we operate in 35 countries.- We value Passion, Responsibility, Transparency, Creativity, and Humility in all our actions.- We pioneered sustainable tourism with our Wave of Change movement.Your MissionYou will report to the VP Commercial & Sales EMEA and manage a team responsible for key European accounts.Key Areas of Focus- Leading strategic accounts : You will lead and support a team to manage and grow relationships with key strategic accounts.- Driving sales and distribution : Identifying new client opportunities and managing global distribution for European accounts.- Analyzing performance : Tracking and analyzing team performance against goals.The Ideal Candidate- Leadership & Management : You must be able to lead and mentor a team towards achieving strategic goals.- Strategic Acumen : A skilled negotiator with strategies for managing large, complex accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and deep knowledge of the tourism industry.- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to track performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions.- Communication & Negotiation : Excellent communication skills for leading a team and negotiating with major clients.- Problem-Solving & Creativity : Proactive and creative in solving problems and overcoming challenges.- Organizational Skills : Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.- Bilingual : High proficiency in English and Spanish;
