Senior Pricing Analyst Endoscopy EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a project-driven EMEA Pricing Analyst to support the Endoscopy division in the implementation and optimization of pricing tools and strategies. This role is instrumental in executing key strategic pricing projects across divisions, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement. Operating at the EMEA level, this role collaborates with a broad range of business partners to drive data-driven pricing decisions and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the development and roll-out of new pricing tools to enhance decision-making and execution across markets.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial goals.
• Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve current processes, tools, and solutions.
• Drive usage of pricing analytics, fostering a pricing mindset culture across the organization.
• Drive decisions based on reporting and analytics by :
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to delve into identified pricing challenges or opportunities.
• Define and track key pricing KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Provide input for the development and optimization of analytics and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making for pricing execution, monitoring key behaviors, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure successful adoption of new pricing tools and strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing pricing decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling.
• Drive a pricing mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment between commercial and financial goals.
