    • NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - IBERIA
    • ROLE PURPOSE :
    • The National Account Manager is responsible for developing new business and managing sales to existing national retailer and distributor accounts within an assigned portfolio. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, product launches, and sales promotions with retail partners to meet sales and profit goals, working closely with the Regional Business Development Manager to align with the global strategy.

    • WHAT YOU'LL DO :
    • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the Head of Sales Operations to achieve strategic growth.
    • Lead project management for account activities, forecast inventory needs, and ensure recurring revenue targets are met.
    • Communicate and coordinate internal projects to drive revenue, and meet sales targets and strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate retail activities with the Marketing team, support events and trade shows, and participate in ongoing product training.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction within the portfolio.
    • WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
    • Relevant experience in account management, preferably in FMCG markets.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
    • Experience in strategic conversations at the corporate level, managing multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.
    • Highly organized with good time management, professionalism, and ability to travel up to 50%.
    • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics NAV), proficiency in MS Office.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to influence cross-functionally, and strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
    • Problem-solving skills, flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork ethic.
