Job Title : Wind Solutions Manager

Location : Madrid, Spain (Onsite)

Who are we recruiting for?

A global, award-winning renewable energy company with a strong and unique presence in the international wind sector. They are seeking a motivated and determined Wind Solutions Manager to join their vibrant team in Madrid and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as the assured technical lead, driving winning proposals and presenting innovative turbine solutions to clients.
  • Working closely with sales teams to deliver improved, tailored, and compliant project designs.
  • Leading contract negotiations and building trusted relationships with advisors, lenders, and insurers.
  • Delivering inspired technical workshops and presentations that set projects apart.
  • Analysing market trends and competitors to keep solutions fresh, creative, and competitive.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of successful experience in the wind industry, especially across Europe.
  • Strong track record in technical bidding and contract negotiation.
  • Brave problem-solver with assured communication and cross-functional management skills.
  • Fluent in technical English and motivated to perform in fast-paced environments.
