Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition process, focusing on sourcing and executing deals with recurring revenues between €1M–€5M.

This high-impact role will be responsible for managing the entire M&A lifecycle, from origination through to deal execution, overseeing multiple live deals simultaneously.

Key responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end M&A process : origination, evaluation, execution, and integration

">

  • Conduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and support negotiations
  • ">

  • Execute the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually
  • ">

  • Requires extensive M&A experience (investment banking, corporate development, or private equity)
  • ">

    Candidate profile :

  • Proven M&A track record required, preferably in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
  • ">

  • Advanced expertise in financial due diligence, financial modelling, and valuations
  • ">

  • Demonstrated ability to source and close deals independently
  • ">

  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • ">

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
