This high-impact role will be responsible for managing the entire M&A lifecycle, from origination through to deal execution, overseeing multiple live deals simultaneously.

Key responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end M&A process : origination, evaluation, execution, and integration

Conduct financial due diligence, build financial models, and support negotiations">
Execute the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually">
Requires extensive M&A experience (investment banking, corporate development, or private equity)">

Candidate profile :
Proven M&A track record required, preferably in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity">
Advanced expertise in financial due diligence, financial modelling, and valuations">
Demonstrated ability to source and close deals independently">
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills">
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English">
