Key Respons ibilities
- Design and implement global service concepts for new products, with focus on customer centricity, sustainability, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure service strategies align with overall product goals
- Drive sustainability by integrating circular practices and minimizing environmental impact within service processes
- Deploy those concepts in Sonova’s product service centers and coordinate site readiness
- Optimize quality and cost aspects in product service process development
- Take a lifecycle approach to service design—from development to phase-out and end-of-life
- Work cross-functionally with product management, R&D, QARA, OPS, finance, and global service teams to implement solutions
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s degree or MBA is a plus3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven cross-functional project collaborationStrong analytical skills and process orientation; experience with project management tools and best practicesAbility to interpret data for decision-making and performance evaluationStrong communication skills—able to translate complex topics for diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple sites and / or regulated industriesBackground in operations, continuous improvement, or medical device industry is advantageousProficient in English and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP tools, German or Spanish is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
