Training Officer

QA Training Specialist | Madrid (Hybrid)

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and motivated by delivering high-quality training in a regulated setting? We are looking for a QA Training Specialist to help drive a global GxP training programme within a leading life sciences company.

This role offers the chance to join a growing international team based in Madrid, playing a key part in ensuring compliance and training excellence across the drug substance network.

Maintain and administer training records within SuccessFactors LMS and Veeva DMS

Work with subject matter experts to assign curricula and measure training outcomes

Manage training documentation in line with GxP requirements and internal procedures

Use tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow to support training operations

Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 1–2 years

Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-moving, global environment

Contribute to global health and regulatory standards
