✍️ Junior professional with 1-2 years of experience (entry-level or early career).

Strong SQL skills — mandatory (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries).

Basic exposure to ERP or business applications (a plus, but not required).

Eagerness to learn and grow in SQL, databases, and BI tools .

Ability to work with structured data and solve query-related issues efficiently.

Fluent in Spanish , with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Availability to work 1 day per week in the office (Madrid) — hybrid role.

&##Manage and resolve support tickets , addressing both technical and business-related queries.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, update, and validate data for reporting and operations.

Perform data import / export , file handling, and database updates to support business needs.

Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of data or process issues, delivering fast and effective solutions.

Provide Level 2 support for business applications, ensuring smooth operation of critical processes.

Gradually build expertise in business workflows, reporting logic, and data analysis .

Contribute to optimizing data handling and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
