About the Role :
We are embarking on an initiative to evolve compensation and benefits processes to corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll, social security, and tax administration processes.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs in alignment with corporate standards.
- Support the integration and harmonization of HR practices across entities.
- Administer HR processes for the legal entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and collective agreements.
- Collaborate with global providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
- Provide analytical support, reporting, and insights to improve compensation and benefits strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, social security, and tax administration.Proficiency in SAP and ADP systems.Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Experience working with collective agreements in Spain.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Enjoys working with numbers and data-driven decision-making.
