About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first line of support for all internal IT operations, ensuring our employees are productive, secure, and well-supported. This is a high-autonomy role focused on managing our cloud tools, endpoints, and security processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) : Manage the full employee lifecycle, including Google Workspace (IDP) account provisioning for onboarding, offboarding, and managing group-based permissions.
  • Endpoint Management : Coordinate hardware provisioning with our partner. Ensure all company laptops meet security standards (firewall, antivirus) and provide troubleshooting support to employees.
  • SaaS Administration : Manage core applications like Google Workspace and Slack. Track licenses to optimize costs and identify unapproved "shadow IT" software.
  • Security (Tier 1) : Enforce security best practices, especially MFA. Assist with security awareness (e.g., phishing campaigns) and act as the first response for security incidents.
  • Helpdesk & Support : Manage the internal support channel (Slack / Linear). Maintain and create documentation in our wiki and act as the technical liaison with our coworking space.

What We're Looking For :

We are hiring for mindset and attitude first. We will teach you the specific tools.

  • High Autonomy & Proactivity : You are a self-starter who can manage your own time and priorities. You don't wait for instructions; you see a potential issue and own it.
  • Clear Communication : You can patiently explain technical problems to non-technical colleagues and are a service-oriented team player.
  • Pragmatic Problem-Solver : You are resourceful, know how to find an answer, and can effectively troubleshoot issues to find the root cause.
  • Strong Ownership : You are meticulous and reliable, especially when managing critical systems like user access, licenses, and security protocols.
  • "Security-First" Mindset : You understand the importance of security and are comfortable enforcing policies that protect the company and our employees.
  • Technical requirements :

  • Previous experience administering Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Familiarity with any MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution.
  • Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, including networks and systems
