About This Opportunity

In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between customers' needs, regional experts, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Your technical expertise and practical knowledge will be instrumental in creating process flowcharts and specifications for WMS / WES / WCS solutions, leading technical exchanges with software developers, and ensuring project quality, time, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed process flowcharts and specifications aligned with project requirements.
• Facilitate technical collaboration and alignment with EMEA, APAC, and NA software developers.
• Oversee critical testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Deliver expert-level training and system handovers to customers for successful adoption.
