Descripción del trabajoOperations AssociatePurpose of the role: This is an exciting, customer-facing role assisting the Operations Manager in developing, managing & building relationships with our most important customers - our drivers. The role offers a variety of responsibilities across operations, ensuring that drivers using the FREE NOW platform are offering the best quality of service possible by identifying, proposing new ideas and actioning a variety of driver behaviours.At FREE NOW we strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREE NOW App, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers.This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of operational tasks in the fast-paced environment of a growing company.Main areas of responsibility: - Delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound, outbound calls and face to face visit in Driver Centre).- Being the first point of contact for drivers who arrive at both of our Driver Centres.- Processing the onboarding of new drivers in accordance with strict regulatory criteria, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face service.- Onboarding drivers with zero emission vehicles in line with FREE NOW's Green Pledge targets- Collaborating across departments to generate interest FREE NOW strategy amongst our existing driver base.- Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including outbound calls to improve the performance of existing drivers and increase our driver platform utilisation.- On occasion you will be asked to support a wide range of additional projects including follow up of driver quality, engagement and acquisition as well as deployment of on car advertisement, driver app improvement & bug reporting, testing and competitor research & market share analysis.Skills and Competencies: - 6 months or 1 year experience in an operational or customer facing role. Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a bonus.- You have excellent customer service & organisational skills and you have an eye for detail along to a focus on quality in everything you do.- You are personable, confident and are able to deal with an array of different characters and tailor your communication accordingly.- You are a proactive self-starter who holds themselves and others accountable in reaching goals.- You have a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.- You are comfortable working with datasets & making data driven decisions.- You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together.- You have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Diversity and inclusion: - At FREE NOW, we commit to being an equal opportunity employer.
