In this key role, you will support both existing and potential clients—across Spain and internationally—helping them evaluate and use our systems by providing technical expertise, hands-on assistance, and a personalized customer experience.Key Responsibilities : - Frequent international travel to support our global sales network in presenting Davantis´intelligent video surveillance products to our clients.- Perform product demonstrations and system configurations at customer sites.- Provide technical support (in person, remotely, by phone, and online).- Deliver training sessions in both Spanish and English.- Participate in international trade shows and commercial events.- Manage proof-of-concept (POC) projects and collaborate with IT.- Analyze and understand customer needs.Requirements : - University degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma in IT, Systems, or related fields.- 0–2 years of experience (No previous presales experience is required. .- Based in Barcelona.- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English and availability for international travel.- Valid driver’s license.- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), relational databases (SQL Server), networking (switching, VLANs, IT infrastructures), or scripting languages.- Strong customer oriented attitude and problema-solving skills.- Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, or IT support in technology companies is a plus.What We Offer : - Competitive salary package based on experience.- Stabe position in an innovative and fast-growing company.- Flexible working hours.- Ongoing training on the latest technologies and methodologies.- The opportunity to work at a manufacturer of cutting-edge video analytics solutions for perimeter security.- Professional growth opportunities.Are you an engineer passionate about technology and innovation?We’d love to meet you!
