We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of IS Security and Infrastructure Engineer .
Position Scope
The IS Security and Infrastructure Engineer ensures the security, availability, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical work with project coordination, security policy implementation, and team guidance, supporting business continuity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, administer, and maintain IS systems and infrastructure.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level user support (Windows, Office, Outlook, Hardware, etc.).
- Manage server patching, backups, and incident resolution.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001.
- Conduct vulnerability management and security event monitoring.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure and security projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training when needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and prepare specifications for new requirements.
Core Qualifications
University Degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure administration and maintenance.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Strong knowledge of MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 / Azure, VMware / Hyper-V, SQL Server, Microsoft Security tools (Defender, SCCM, SCOM, Intune, BitLocker, Purview DLP), Backup solutions and Cisco Telephony (CUCM)Preferred : Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications, ITIL knowledge, PMP certification, experience in regulated industries.Experience with ISO 27001, security audits, and incident response.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and coordinate a team.
