We are currently seeking a Project Quality Manager to to join our team based in Madrid.
As a Project Quality Manager your main accountabilities will be :
Issue the Project Quality Plan, defining the key components of the Project Quality Management System and the areas or activities that are determined to be critical.
Ensure that project personnel are familiar with goals and requirements, under the responsibility of Project Management.
Direct collaboration with the leaders for each discipline involved in the Project to ensure that the work is performed as required by the Project documents and procedures.
Establish an audit and review plan that defines the schedule of activities for quality control.
Review, evaluate and audit the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, at all Operations / Engineering Centers involved in the Project.
Report to the Project Management team on the performance of quality activities.
Conduct periodic reviews of the project quality management system with Project Management.
Coordinate the activities of the Operations Center Quality Managers and support, where necessary, the establishment and maintenance of project quality management systems at the Operations Centers.
Assist in the definition of project objectives and metrics (KPIs), analyze performance, propose corrective actions.
Lead or participate in investigations to solve quality problems.
Manage the process of capturing and implementing lessons learned from projects.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and a Master's degree in Quality Management.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Quality Manager, ideally in Oil & Gas industry.
You are fluent in English (at least C1).
Flexible schedule and 2 days per week working from home.
