Stateroom Experience Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Stateroom Experience Leader to own the guest experience in staterooms. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate and oversee the work of Stateroom Attendants to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Director to schedule daily activities in staterooms and public areas.
- Direct and evaluate the performance of direct reports, ensuring quality standards and exceptional service.
- Manage staff duties and responsibilities, observing and evaluating work procedures to ensure efficiency and conformance to standards.
- Respond to guest concerns in a professional manner, taking ownership of resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
Requirements
1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale hotel or cruise line (shipboard experience preferred).Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and multilingual communication skills.Excellent management skills in a dynamic multicultural environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
